It’s been a long time coming. Here’s the virtual tour of my apartment. The furniture and dishes were included, making it a very comfortable residence, albeit overly spacious.
Here, juice is merited by fresh or dried fruits and nuts blended with either milk or orange juice. When I show people around the city, I definitely make a stop at a juice bar. This week I’ve already had panaché (apples, bananas, avocado, orange) and a 4-layered samalou (1:avocado-date-fig, 2:raspberry-orange, 3:pineapple-coconut, 4:mango-and-something unidentifiable). This afternoon, I decided to quit splurging at the juice bars and to try my hand at some Moroccan classics.
- one ripe avocado
- a spoonful of Amlou (almond butter made with argon oil)
Blend together and enjoy.
