Tea, coffee, chocolate, cookies, tea, more cookies, German punch. Our goal was as much to give our support as our condolences. There we were, three people from three different continents, in a simple gesture of community. We are each far from home which wouldn’t be so hard if we didn’t have so many people we love and miss.

After our dinner of sugar cookies, we walked Louis to a Grand Taxi station then went out for dessert- the chef’s salad at Dar Naji.
